Shipping & Processing Times
Shipping Information:
Shipping sucks, we know. That’s why we offer flat rate shipping with no hidden costs, and it’s even tracked because that covers both you, and us, in the unfortunate event that something goes astray as your parcel makes its way to you. All of our packages are sent via AusPost from Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Australian Standard Shipping: $7 (4-7 days) or FREE for orders over $75
Australian Express Shipping: $10 (1-3 days)
I am currently not shipping overseas, if you would like to find out if this changes, please subscribe to my mailing list to be notified.
Some Groovy Codes For Cool People
Add these codes during the check out process to remove shipping fees. If you use a code when you are ineligible for it, please understand that we will send an invoice to cover your shipping fee.
- PORTMAC - for Port Macquarie locals who are willing to pick up. I will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
- COMBINE - if you currently have an open order and would like to add additional items and combine shipping on the two orders.
Processing times:
Our goal is to mail out everyone’s orders within a few days. Sometimes life, the commitments of having seven kids, and also running a handmade business can get in the way - we are not Amazon and never intend to be! To take these occasional delays into account please allow up to ten days for your order to be processed and in the mail, especially during busier times of the year such as back to school and Christmas.
